Gentle Yoga is opened to all levels of practice and abilities and addressed the needs of students who are new to yoga or those who might even have an advanced practice. It offers an opportunity to explore your current status and then move beyond that to discover new depths within yourself. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses and stretching and strengthening all areas of the body, while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful, releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
