Service Description

Hatha yoga is about finding balance. Through working with the physical body, releasing tensions and traumas stored in the body, you create space in yourself. There is an experience of releasing and relaxing deeply- both physically and mentally, as well as the strong physical work of the postures. The breath focused practices enable the student to release more fully into the postures, and to start to keep the mind steady- bringing a greater mental clarity and calm.
